The Wedding Process
Step 1
The Connection
You’ve resonated with my photographs and the things that I stand for. It’s time to connect and make things happen. Hop on over to my @Contact form, fill it all out and I will get back to you within 24 hours.
Step 2
The Consultation
Opposites may attract, but not in this case. It is absolutely crucial that you and your photographer have a strong connection and are on the same page. Without this connection, you’ll just have a stranger photographing your wedding, resulting in awkward photos and being uncomfortable. This is where we will learn if we are the right fit for each other.
We will meet in person or hop on a video call and talk about all that you are envisioning for your dream wedding and why photography is important to you. Additionally, we will customize your wedding day collection, sign the contract and pay the nonrefundable retainer. That’s it, your wedding day is reserved! Time to celebrate!
Step 3
The Discovery

This is part of your wedding day journey, slow down and cherish every step of the way.
It’s time for you and your fiancé to be truly discovered. I want to know more about your individual personalities, the fun things you like to do and what makes your story, your story. We will no longer be strangers with the connection we’ve built, you will be at ease and comfortable during your wedding day, resulting in authentic memories.
Step 4
Engagement Visuals
What are the visuals that pop into your heads when you think about this beautiful season of your lives, being engaged? That’s what I want to preserve!
We’ll plan the engagement visuals around a date night (no movie dates allowed!). Not only will you guys be looking on point, but you will also feel like YOU in your photographs. During this session, you will get familiarized with my laid-back posing style and prompts, as well as laugh historically at my awesome jokes and sarcasm. Don’t worry, I will help you beforehand with choosing the perfect location and outfit choices.
After your engagement visuals, I will invite you both to a local spot and buy us a bottle of wine to celebrate your love and all that is to come. Warning, I cried a little, the one time a couple turned me down for wine.
Step 5
Dream Wedding Talks
Let’s dive deep. I want to hear everything that will make your dream wedding a reality. We will make that the foundation of your wedding day timeline. Remember, this is your wedding day.
You can adhere to the traditions that you want and go without the ones you don’t.
With my expertise, I will guide you in creating your customized timeline. We’ll discuss the best options to make sure your wedding day is stress-free, as well as backup plans in case things go off schedule.
We’ll stay in communication up until your wedding day.
Step 6
The Wedding Day
Breathe a sigh of relief. Your wedding day is finally here! Months have passed, and we’ve been anticipating and preparing for this day. Now lay it all to rest and just be.
Be with your families. Be with your friends. Be with your new spouse. Be in the present moment.
I’ll be there to preserve these deeply meaningful core memories that best tell your story. -Cheers!
Step 7
The Grand Premiere
Like the anticipation, you felt back in 2010 as you waited for the new episode of “The Walking Dead”, or the excitement you experienced as you had to wait just 3 more days for “Avatar” to premiere? Well, this is it, this is YOUR celebration.
Your wedding photographs will be color-graded and retouched. I’ll also put together a special presentation that we can do either in person or over a video call. This will take 10 weeks.
We’ll sit down and chill for a moment, catch up, and sip some champagne, wine, or whiskey. I’ll hand you physical luxury prints to see and feel the most meaningful moments of your wedding for the first time!
A personalized slideshow with the absolute best photographs of your wedding will follow. After, I’ll help you select the pages for your heirloom wedding album.
This very museum-grade heirloom album and prints will still be around a decade from now to continue your legacy.
